Queue is a marketing amplification platform and as a result we can help you scale your growth fast. That said our clients gain the best results if they seed their campaign with existing contacts (usually 500+) along with sending initial traffic to get the traction going. Usually our clients combine a Queue campaign with their marketing media budget unless they have lots of traffic, a large email list, or lots of social followers and influencers they can tap into to get the ball rolling.
A lead signup is any visitor or referral that has converted into a new verified sign-up. We only charge lead signups once per concurrent campaign. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of lead signups. If you go over your limit you can pay the overage rate or upgrade your plan. For annual plans we pre-allocate all the lead signups upfront for the year. We don’t charge you for lead contacts or imports (as long as you don’t go over your total user plan limit) or activities, lead verification, or trigger emails. This means our success is mutually aligned.
Concurrent campaigns have communities that are totally independent from one another. You can run multiple campaigns under different brands, audiences, integrations, and funnel setups. All plans have a concurrent campaign and user contact limit.
Queue delivers amplification that is engineered to optimize behavior systematically to produce superior results. Our system has been designed and tested to enhance lead conversion, viral referral, user activation, and engagement activity performance. We have seen clients get 50% to over 500% viral lift (also known as viral coefficient expressed as percentage). That said, results will vary based on your market awareness, campaign messaging, incentives offered, existing audience, and media budget for sending initial traffic. Metrics such as social conversion, activation, and engagement rates have a direct correlation to viral lift.
They should be if you design your campaign the right way by leading with the product and/or brand messaging and by offering incentives that are only valuable to your target audience. Referrals from friends are 4X more trusted than paid advertising. Further we take great efforts to validate, authenticate, and attribute all new leads to ensure they are of the highest quality. We only pass through users with valid emails, even if they connect through Facebook, and check if they are fake, spam, bad syntax, disposable, before doing a deep verification along with other intelligence signals to monitor, detect and remove fraud. We also require and incentivize users to confirm their best email address before giving out referral credit to their friends. Lastly the transparency of the system with strict terms of use ensures an alert community.
Queue is easy to setup, manage, and customize. You can set up the functionality in under 5 minutes, however you will want to allow enough time for design, refinement, and testing. We provide a simple line of javascript code to add to the header of your landing page and your community page (think of this as a more comprehensive thank you page for engagement). Then use our embeddable tags to generate the widgets for each page. It’s designed to work with any HTML website or CMS provider that allows for HTML editing. A wordpress plugin is also available that you can use here. We allow you to customize the widgets on our back end to match the look and feel of your website’s brand theme. Brands and agencies typically budget organic virality around 5-15% of their total campaign media spend. Let’s look at this campaign example: let's say you spend money on Facebook advertising to acquire new leads to fuel the campaign and this cost you $2 per lead (CPL = cost per lead). You spend $200 dollars to acquire 100 new leads and these people in turn refer 100 of their friends who convert so you get a 100% viral lift (or 1.0 viral coefficient). Let’s say you are on the monthly Queue Blaze plan so the cost per new lead signup is 0.10. Queue would cost $20 (.10 rate x 200 signups) and represent 11% ($200 + $20 = $220 / $20) of your total marketing budget. Aside from any rewards financial costs you’ve given as incentives your ROI (return on investment) would be 900% ($200 value - $20 cost = 180/20). Of course the ROI could be higher if you already had an audience, users, contacts, lower rate Queue plan, or higher viral rate. Keep in mind this does not include the additional financial benefits such as increased conversion, awareness, engagement, and social capital.
